You may also just use your credit card instead of PayPal if you don’t have an account.

It’s not necessary to use PayPal… I donated directly to MSL with a personal check. Easy.

Note that Paypal is already waiving fees for payments to any registered charity which is raising money for Haiti.

As has been said many times before, there are no PayPal fees on charitable donations for Haiti.
